Are drinks and catering included in the room price?
Drinks, refreshments and catering are additional services and are not automatically included in every room booking. Please discuss your requirements with us in advance or check the optional extras and prices on the booking platform.
Can I book in the evening or at weekends?
Appointments outside our staffed service hours are possible by prior arrangement. Please confirm access, support and any additional charges before booking. Our staffed service hours are Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–16:00.
How many people can the rooms accommodate?
Hannover offers six meeting, seminar and conference rooms for 2 to 22 people. Actual capacity depends on the room and seating layout. Please check the specific option on the booking platform.
Do I need to rent an office at the location?
No. External business customers can also book our meeting rooms. Our services are for businesses, self-employed professionals and freelancers.
